Hede Kerstin Luik has always been interested in what makes people tick, why and how they think, feel and act. Understanding and influencing attitudes and behaviour has been her daily job for more than 15 years. Before starting in Smartmark Hede managed communication and marketing of Statoil in Estonia, helping Statoil to become a strong market leader with increase of market share from 14% to 30%. Earlier she has work also in advertising. Today Hede is an entrepreneur and consultant, who among other things is helping her clients to earn money.
